We welcome and create AI generated images as part of the concept design process. You might have an image you are drawn to or we might generate one together. These images are shared openly for review and feedback so we can explore possibilities and refine the concept. 

From there we manually translate the visual ideas into early stage architectural layouts using our architectural knowledge of building and design to transform the vision into scale structure and system with clear build logic. We then create advanced 3D BIM models that prioritise modular efficiency and the use of locally available natural materials. 

Using our centralised advanced 3D BIM model we produce fully coordinated layout plans, elevations and sections to form a complete drawing pack for your project. All drawings are extracted directly from the live 3D BIM model ensuring full alignment across all drawings while streamlining the process.

We offer a unique opportunity to bring your design to life by building a miniature model. This hands on process allows you to truly understand the structure and layout of the project. It offers direct insight into how the building comes together and how it wants to be built. Creating a miniature deepens understanding, sharpens decision making and helps refine the design before moving forward.

We take your design to the next level by including precise material specifications and sequence details. This stage clarifies the project and provides comprehensive information for costing and structural review. By resolving key decisions we improve coordination and support a more efficient process.

We offer ongoing support throughout the process to guide decisions, answer questions and adapt the design as it moves through the later stages. These sessions allow us to review progress, discuss what is happening on site and support your local team as the work continues.
