Using our centralised advanced 3D BIM model we produce fully coordinated layout plans, elevations and sections to form a complete drawing pack for your project. All drawings are extracted directly from the live 3D BIM model ensuring coordination across all drawings while streamlining the process.

Scale Structure Model 

We offer a unique opportunity to bring your design to life with a scale model of your building. This lets you fully understand the structure and layout of the project, giving direct insight into how the building comes together and how it wants to be built. The model can be used onsite to help guide the construction process. 

AI Concept Visuals 

We use AI to create images during the concept design process. If there’s a part of the building you want to see in more detail or a feel you’d like to explore, we can generate it. These images are shared for your feedback, so we can explore ideas and refine the concept together. 

Material Specification and Detailed Design

We elevate your design by specifying local materials and detailing the construction sequence. This stage clarifies the project, providing complete information for cost estimation and structural review. By resolving key decisions early, we enhance coordination and support a smoother, more efficient build process.
