She has experience pioneering tall timber buildings, including the tallest timber office buildings in London and Italy. Her work spans global collaborations, including 6 years at Waugh Thistleton Architects and her own innovative design practice, Charlotte brings a unique hybrid understanding of large scale, innovative design alongside hands on small scale self built construction. 

Expert BIM Design Management 

Charlotte offers specialist BIM consultancy and clash detection services to streamline workflows, reduce costly delays and ensure alignment across design and construction. 

She has extensive experience in setting up BIM execution plans, managing clash detection workflows and ensuring ISO 19650 compliance. Technical proficiency includes Revit, Navisworks, Solibri, BIM 360 and related auditing and modelling tools. 

She also provides training and guidance to in house teams and collaborates remotely with local specialists to ensure seamless delivery across international projects.
